Designed to meet the highest production demands, this machine produces soft serve ice cream, gelato, sorbet, and plant-based recipes with unmatched quality. It uses patented Hard-O-Tronic technology for consistency control and offers the “Star Door” option for using different nozzles to create unique shapes and single-serving products.

Convenience and ease of use

With a user-friendly interface and adjustable controls, users can easily modify the product structure. An audible alert indicates when the mixture needs to be refilled, which is fed from the rear of the cylinder, eliminating the need for priming. The rubber hopper lid makes it easy to add products to each hopper without spillage.

The UF 920 SP G reduces labor costs thanks to its extended cleaning features and energy-saving standby mode, reducing operating costs during periods of inactivity. Its self-monitoring system minimizes costly errors.

Hygiene and maintenance

Standby mode maintains safe product temperatures in the freezing cylinder and mixing hopper, using minimal energy during periods of inactivity. The automatic heat treatment system allows heat treatment to be set for a maximum interval of 42 days. Carpi Care and Carpi Clean kits are available to keep the machine hygienically clean.

The Carpigiani *UF 920 SP G measures 28.1 inches wide, 47.2 inches deep, and 61.3 inches high, with a net weight of 929 pounds (426 kg) in its water-cooled version and 1005 pounds (456 kg) in its air-cooled version. It requires two dedicated electrical circuits of 208-230/60/1 W/A or 208-230/60/1-3 W/A. It has a 3 HP + 3 HP mixer motor and an R449A cooling system. The individual capacity of each hopper is 21.1 liquid quarts (20 liters), with a total capacity of 42.2 liquid quarts (40 liters).
