This patented technology regulates cooling by measuring product viscosity to maintain consistent quality control. In addition, it allows the use of different nozzles to create unique shapes and single-serving products.

Convenience and control

With an audible signal indicating when refilling is necessary, this model feeds the product from the rear of the cylinder, eliminating the need for priming and allowing for more precise control of overrun, up to 80% in models with a pump.

It requires a dedicated electrical connection of 208-230/60/1 W / A or 208-230/60/3 A and has a 1.2 HP beater motor. Its cooling system is R449A, and the hopper capacity is 13 quarts (12 liters).
