Carpigiani Pastomaster 60 HE is an innovation in pasteurization technology that allows users to have total control over quality throughout the frozen dessert production process. This machine is designed to allow users to create their own mixes, guaranteeing high-quality results.

  1. Micronization technology: Thanks to Carpigiani’s exclusive and patented technology, the ingredients are mixed and pasteurized inside the exchange pump located at the bottom of the tank. This guarantees high micronization, reducing fat droplets to very fine sizes, between 2 and 5 microns, resulting in a creamier and smoother Gelato or Ice Cream.
  2. Convenience in the process: The internal exchange pump allows for gentle processing of liquids. In addition, thanks to the absence of a traditional beater, the user can lift the lid and add ingredients while the mixture continues to be mixed.
  3. Savings and efficiency: Carpigiani’s HIGH EFFICIENCY technology, equipped with high-performance condensers, provides maximum efficiency during the pasteurization of mixtures. This translates into considerable savings in water consumption, up to 30% compared to RTX pasteurizers.
  4. Advanced security: With TEOREMA, it is possible to monitor the machine via the internet, PC, tablet, and smartphone.
  5. In addition, to avoid splashes of boiling liquid, the beater stops if the lid is lifted when the mixture is above 50°C.
  6. Superior hygiene: The machine has features that guarantee maximum hygiene, such as a stainless steel shower on the front for easy cleaning and a Scoth-Brite treatment of the stainless steel resistant to stains and grease residues.
