The Carpigiani UF 253 E P is a high-performance model for soft ice cream that combines Carpigiani technology with simple and efficient operations. Equipped with patented Hard-O-Tronic technology for consistency control, it regulates cooling by measuring the viscosity of the product to maintain consistent quality control. Its patented mixture injection system produces unmatched product quality. Convenience is enhanced as the product is fed from the rear of the cylinder, eliminating the need for priming and allowing greater control of overrun. Separate touch controls for each cylinder allow for different product rotation combinations. Each cylinder can operate independently, and one can operate alone during the off-season.

Energy savings and efficiency

The UF 253 E P model features a standby/energy-saving switch that reduces operating costs during periods of inactivity. Its self-monitoring system minimizes costly errors.

Safety and hygiene

Safety is guaranteed with an audible signal that alerts you when refilling is necessary. Standby mode maintains safe temperatures in the freezing cylinder. In addition, Carpi Care and Carpi Clean kits are available to keep the machine hygienically clean.

Technical specifications

The dimensions of the Carpigiani UF 253 E P are 22 inches wide, 34.1 inches deep, and 61 inches high. The net weight is 705 pounds (320 kg) for the air-cooled version and 793 pounds (360 kg) for the air-cooled version. It requires a dedicated electrical connection of 208-230/60/1 W/A or 208-230/60/3 W/A. It has a 1.5 HP beater motor and an R449A refrigeration system. The hopper capacity is 18 quarts (17 liters).
