With a user-friendly interface and adjustable controls, users can easily modify the product structure. An audible alert indicates when the mixture needs to be refilled, which is fed from the rear of the cylinder, eliminating the need for priming. The rubber hopper lid makes it easy to add products to each hopper without spillage.

The automatic heat treatment system allows heat treatment to be set for a maximum interval of 42 days. Carpi Care and Carpi Clean kits are available to keep the machine hygienically clean.

The individual capacity of each hopper is 21.1 liquid quarts (20 liters), with a total capacity of 42.2 liquid quarts (40 liters).
