Designed to produce soft serve ice cream, gelato, sorbet, and plant-based recipes with unmatched quality, this machine incorporates Hard-O-Tronic technology for consistency control. In addition, it allows the use of different nozzles with the optional Star Door to create unique shapes and single-serving products.

Convenience and ease of use

With a user-friendly display and controls, operators can easily adjust the product structure. The mixture is fed from the rear of the cylinder, eliminating the need for priming and making it easy to add product to each hopper without spillage.

The UF 920 SP P model reduces labor costs with its extended cleaning features and energy-saving standby mode, lowering operating costs during periods of inactivity.

Advanced security with TEOREMA

The TEOREMA system provides easy assistance with online monitoring and diagnostics, accessible from anywhere via a tablet, phone, or PC.

Hygiene and maintenance

Standby mode maintains safe product temperatures in the freezing cylinder and mixing hopper, using minimal energy during periods of inactivity. The automatic heat treatment system allows treatment to be set at intervals of up to 42 days. Carpi Care and Carpi Clean kits are available to keep the machine hygienically clean.
